The grand jury in Carroll County indicted a man who allegedly drove while intoxicated causing a vehicle accident that killed another man. An inmate on work release from Louisville hit a motorcyclist in southern Indiana on September 8. Police told the press that the inmate should not have even been in southern Indiana.
